Return Costs

For Defective Products

There is no cost to the customer.
This includes cases where the product is incorrect, damaged during delivery, or defective in any way.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

The actual cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer.
This applies if the customer purchases the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they simply no longer want it.

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


How to Return an Item

Securely repack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.

3. Send It Back:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.
